Do I need to install SureSync on every server or PC involved in synchronization tasks?
The SureSync software does not need to be installed on every machine, however you do need to be able to connect to the machines you are replicating files to or from.

You may find it useful to review the SureSync Evaluator's Guide for tips on installation & configuration. The SureSync Help Files are also available online or within the software.

When purchasing SureSync, do I need to reinstall or reconfigure my relations, schedules or monitors?
No. When you purchase, we send you a new license file via email. Once saved to the appropriate directory, you will then restart SureSync and you'll be able to resume the jobs you have setup and create new jobs.
What can I do with a single SureSync Server License?
While you need 2 SureSync Server Licenses to copy files from Server A to Server B, you can still replicate files with a single SureSync Server License. The SureSync Server License allows you to perform jobs on the local server. It also allows you to copy files to and from any number of PC's / Desktops.
