Tech Tip #3 - "Exchanging Copies" or "Multi-Mirror" Rules:

If you are using an Exchanging Copies Rule to synchronize files in real-time, you’ll want to put your monitors on hold if you want to move or delete files. If you do not and you attempt to delete a file, SureSync will simply add it back to the folder you just deleted it from. The reason is the “Exchanging Copies” Rule does not perform deletes. You could alternatively use a “Multi-Mirror” Rule that will recognize deletions and will perform that deletion on all paths within the “Multi-Mirror” Rule task.
